1. Service Overview

Century Limousine, operated by A Century Holdings Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202616136E), provides executive chauffeured transportation services in Singapore. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmed upon receipt of deposit or written confirmation.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude prevailing GST.
Airport transfers are fixed-price. Hourly bookings are billed from point of dispatch.
Additional waiting time beyond 15 minutes (airport) or the booked period is charged at SGD 80/30 minutes.
ERP, parking, and toll charges are included unless otherwise stated. Meals and personal purchases are not.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
4–24 hours notice: 50% of total booking fee charged.
Under 4 hours / No-show: 100% charge applies.
Flight delays: We monitor flights and adjust at no extra cost. Cancellations due to airline-cancelled flights receive a full refund.

4. Passenger Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate service without refund if passengers engage in illegal activity, abuse staff, or cause damage to vehicles. Passengers are liable for cleaning fees resulting from excessive mess or damage to the interior.

5. Liability

All vehicles are fully insured and operated by licensed chauffeurs. Century Limousine is not liable for delays due to traffic, road closures, accidents, or force majeure events. We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.

6. Discretion & Privacy

Chauffeurs operate under strict confidentiality. No details of passenger journeys will be disclosed to third parties without consent. Passenger information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

7. Child Safety

Child seats and booster seats are provided free on request. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children are properly secured throughout the journey.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
