How much is a chauffeur from Changi Airport?+
Airport-arrival rates begin at S$138 for an E-Class or Alphard, S$150 for a V-Class and S$312 for an S-Class. ERP and parking are included. No GST is currently charged.
What is included in an airport-arrival booking?+
The confirmed vehicle and chauffeur, flight monitoring, meet-and-greet coordination, luggage assistance, ERP, parking and 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from the flight’s actual arrival time.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
Century monitors the flight and adjusts the pickup according to its actual arrival time. There is no additional charge solely because the incoming flight lands later than scheduled.
When does the 60-minute waiting allowance begin?+
For airport arrivals, it begins from the flight’s actual arrival time. Additional waiting beyond the allowance may be charged at the rate stated in your booking confirmation.
Should I book an E-Class or Alphard?+
The E-Class is an executive sedan well suited to one or two business travellers. The Alphard provides easier access, greater cabin space and more practical luggage flexibility.
When should I choose an S-Class?+
The S-Class is Century’s flagship sedan for principals, senior executives, VIP airport arrivals and private engagements where first-class positioning is appropriate.
Can Century recommend the right vehicle?+
Yes. Send the passenger count, number and size of bags, itinerary and any access requirements. Century will recommend a suitable arrangement.
Can I hire the chauffeur for the whole day?+
Yes. Hourly chauffeur bookings retain the vehicle and chauffeur for the confirmed period. A three-hour minimum applies.
Can the chauffeur wait between meetings?+
Yes, within the confirmed hourly booking period. Additional time beyond the booking remains subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability.
Can Century coordinate several vehicles?+
Yes. Multiple passengers, airport movements, vehicles and itinerary changes can be coordinated as one transport programme, subject to availability.
Can I arrange transport for another person?+
Yes. Century can coordinate directly with the booking contact while receiving the passenger information needed for service delivery.
Are corporate invoices available?+
Yes. Corporate invoicing is available. Companies with recurring requirements may ask about an ongoing transport arrangement.
Are ERP and parking included?+
Yes. Routine ERP and parking required for the agreed journey are included in the published rates.
Is GST added?+
No. Century does not currently charge GST. The confirmed quotation is the amount payable unless the itinerary or service requirement changes.
