1. Service overview

Century Limousine, operated by A Century Holdings Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202616136E), provides executive chauffeured transportation services in Singapore. Bookings are subject to vehicle availability and are confirmed upon written confirmation and any required payment.

2. Pricing and payment

• All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars.
• Century does not currently charge GST.
• Airport transfers are quoted at a fixed rate for the confirmed journey.
• Published point-to-point rates apply to journeys of 10 km or less. Journeys exceeding 10 km use the applicable airport-departure rate.
• Hourly bookings have a minimum duration of three hours.
• ERP and parking required for the agreed journey are included unless the quotation expressly states otherwise.
• Additional waiting, extra stops, additional time or material itinerary changes may incur charges stated in the booking confirmation.

3. Airport arrivals and waiting

Incoming flights are monitored and the pickup is adjusted to the actual arrival time. Airport-arrival bookings include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from the flight’s actual arrival time. Additional waiting beyond this allowance may be charged at the rate stated in the booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

• 24 hours or more before service: full refund or rescheduling without charge.
• Between 4 and 24 hours: 50% of the booking fee may be charged.
• Under 4 hours or no-show: 100% of the booking fee may be charged.
• Airline-cancelled incoming flights may be refunded or rescheduled, subject to confirmation with Century.

5. Passenger conduct

Century may terminate a service without refund if a passenger engages in unlawful conduct, threatens or abuses personnel, or causes damage to a vehicle. The booking party may be liable for extraordinary cleaning or repair costs.

6. Liability

Vehicles are operated by appropriately licensed chauffeurs and carry the applicable motor insurance. Century is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, accidents, government restrictions or other events beyond reasonable control. Passengers remain responsible for personal items left in a vehicle.

7. Privacy and discretion

Passenger and itinerary details are disclosed only as required to coordinate and deliver the service, comply with law or protect legitimate interests. Please read the Privacy Policy.

8. Child safety

Child and booster seats may be requested in advance, subject to availability. A parent or guardian remains responsible for ensuring the child is appropriately secured.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
